Company Registration in India has been stopped by Ministry of Corporate Affairs from 1st April 2014 to 14th April 2014.

In order to roll out old form MCA has issued circular no. 6/2014 dated 28/03/2014. MCA will also bring some new form e.g.  For One Person Company (OPC) etc. Company Registration in this period has been automatically stopped because if you are going to file DIN 1 form for Director Identification No. you will get following message at the time of prescrutiny of Form;-

The reason behind this error is all form going to change by 14^th April 2014. For Company Registration in India following form going to change:

As we know because all form for company registration in going to change therefore we can’t register a company until new form for company registration will available on MCA portal.
